Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm (Begins May 31st, 2017!  June-August only)

Washington Park

1500 E Virginia Ave

Denver, CO 80209

Suggested love donation:  $15 for Qigong and Nia combination, or $10 for either

Join us June-August for some Qigong and Nia outdoors!   The address above is a good one for your GPS.  We like the location on the NE corner of Washington Park, just west of the Fire Dept. building and Lily pond under the trees next to the picnic tables.  If you can, bring a rake and come a few minutes early to help me prepare the grass!

This Nia class is immediately preceded by an optional 30 minutes of very gentle Qigong practice to build your life force energy before class!  for more info about Qigong, visit my Qigong tab on this site.

I suggest wearing shoes if you are concerned about your feet getting dirty.  While this is a beautiful stretch of green grass, there might be twigs, small rocks, insects, bird droppings, etc.  I've generally been okay in my bare feet, however.

If it is raining, we will not have class.  Feel free to text me at 303-718-3252 if you want to confirm.
